HOW DOES REGISTRATION WORK?

The GASVI Guide website is organized so that entities that want to use the GASVI Guide first register. Once registered, each entity can register professionals who will fill out the forms on the website. Professionals, in turn, can register people who receive support on the website. .

From the account of website users who are professionals, you also have access to fill out the forms of people who receive support. Therefore, people who receive support will not always need to register on the website so that they can answer the questionnaire. .

It should be noted that to register on the website you must always have an email address. This email address must be unique for each user. .

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. The entity must send an email to gasvi@dincat.cat requesting to be registered in the GASVI Guide. It must provide the following information:
    • Name of the entity
    • Name and surname of the contact person at the entity.
    • Email
  2. The entity will be registered from DINCAT. The registered person will immediately receive an automatic email from the address gasvi@dincat.cat and with the subject “New account created” that will contain:
    • Your username
    • A password, which you can change later.
    • The link to the Gasvi website: https://gasvi.dincat.cat
    • The terms and conditions.

    Check that the message has not gone to your spam folder

  3. You can now log in to the GASVI Guide website. Therefore, once on the website, you must go to “User” (In the upper right corner of the screen).
  4. Once you are registered you can:
    • Change your password.
    • Add new users, both professionals and people who receive support. To be able to register them, each person must have an email from the address gasvi@dincat.cat with the username and an automatically generated password. From here you will be able to access the website as a user.
    • Respond to the forms in the web application.
    • Download the result documents.
    • Download the files with the responses to the forms entered. Only the data entered by the users of the entity itself is accessible. The files are downloaded in .csv format. They can be exported to Excel format.
