DINCAT offers the GAS-VI service to entities and professionals who assist people with disabilities in the development of their professional activity.
The information that professionals include is the exclusive responsibility of the entity or professional who provides it. The professional will guarantee the veracity of the data and information entered. DINCAT will not verify the quality of the information. DINCAT is exempt from any responsibilities arising from information entered into the service.
DINCAT does not process or have access to any data or information about the people served by users of the GAS-VI service.
The entity/professional will use personal identifiers as a user of the service, which must be kept confidential. In the event that the identifiers are accidentally or illegally known by third parties, the entity/professional must immediately notify DINCAT so that they can be changed or eliminated.
The intellectual property rights of the platform belong to the University of Girona.
DINCAT processes the personal data of the representatives, interlocutors of the entities and professionals using the service as the data controller, for the purposes of keeping a register of users of the GAS-VI service, identifying people who use it, providing services and communication. The data is processed based on the consent of the interested party and in compliance with a contractual relationship for the provision of services. They are not communicated to DINCAT. The rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to processing, portability and request for limitation of processing can be exercised by contacting DINCAT
